    It’s the salt – keeping enough salt in your system is a challenge on Keto.

    I drink it when I go through Keto flu or have a bad headache. Usually, my headaches are from dehydration. The pickle juice helps a lot — my first choice when I have a headache. If there’s any chance it’s from an electrolyte imbalance, the pickle juice usually helps.

    It also cures a gallbladder attack instantly. Strange but true, it’s worked for me every time.
