    You can use chia seeds. 11g of fiber in 1 serving and lots of healthy fat.

    Also, you can try the below combinations…

    Mix them with almond milk, cocoa, and sweetener and let them sit for like 20 mins until they expand. Then, eat like pudding!

    Make chia Fresca! Chia seeds, water, lime juice! Can add Truvia if you like it sweet.

    Try this with Tomato also.
