Almond bread. 3 tbsp almond flour, 1 1/2 tbsp butter, one egg, pinch salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix microwave 2 min, then toast in the toaster. Add whatever toppings you want. I love bread, and this is better than nothing at four carbs.

You can try below options too:

    • Greek yogurt (6 carbs) with a little Splenda and a few blueberries
    • Chia seeds make it a substitute for your oatmeal.
    • Spread cream cheese on slices of ham, then roll them up.
    • Eggs and bacon
    • Almond flour biscuits and natural peanut butter with berries.
    • Bulletproof coffee
    • Egg muffin cups, freeze them and microwave on reheat for 45 secs
    • Coconut flour pancakes.

The closest you'll probably find is paleo granola, made up of nuts, seeds, shredded coconut. Google it; there are a lot of recipes online. You could top that with berries and yogurt or coconut milk.

Hemp seeds are a good oatmeal substitute! My usual breakfast is either hard-boiled eggs or half an avocado with an iced black coffee. I also put Frank's Red Hot on EVERYTHING…

I also prefer the Atkins chocolate or mocha shakes for breakfast to break up the monotony... sometimes by itself, sometimes with eggs or bacon.. and occasionally I indulge in a sugar-free cheesecake! (3g net carbs)…
