    I like homemade bircher muesli. 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup plain, whole milk kefir, stir and let sit overnight. In the morning, add a bit more kefir, nuts, sweetener of choice, I use a few drops of liquid stevia. I also add a few chopped strawberries or half a grated apple. So delicious!

      Are you losing or on maintenance? It sounds like a lot of carbs.

    You can try the below options:

    • Smoothie – kiwi citrus, oatmeal protein smoothie or blueberry buzz smoothie;)
    • Coconut and pecans with almond milk.
    • Chia pudding.
    • Eggs and bacon with a side of sausage.

    You can make low carb, Paleo hot cereal. I created my own using almond flour, ground flaxseed, cauliflower rice, shredded sugar-free coconut mixed work almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and a dash of cinnamon. It's delicious! You can sprinkle toasted slivered almonds, pecans, and coconut for an added bonus.

    You can make your own by combining unsweetened coconut, sliced almonds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, pecan pieces, and a small amount of dried or dehydrated fruit. Delicious with almond milk.
