    Stay away from salt and accurately log your food on a calorie counting app. If you’re doing these two things, try adjusting macros and making carbs 40% or less. I personally eat 50%carb, 20% protein, and 30% fat. But whatever works best for u is what you should be eating like.

    And  Of course, be at a calorie deficit.

    I started counting my kcal cause I did Intermittent Fasting from
    Monday- Wednesday, Friday Saturday and no results, I try the 2nd week and no results! I’m trying one more time, but I’m watching my intake this week.

    Yes. You will not lose weight without being at a deficit. Figure out how many calories you burn and subtract 500 for a pound a week loss and 1000 for two.

    I lost 50lbs not even exercising and just counting calories. I eat the same thing every day and have two portions of spaghetti for dinner. I fast 16/8 and it makes it so easy to stay in a calorie deficit.
