You can still eat a lot of food, as long as you don't go over the calorie amount you set each day. That means you can eat pizza, cookies, whatever as long as you don't go over your calories. Now that being said if you eat more healthily you will get better results and you will feel better:)

Sorry but calories are NOT all created equally as per slimming world. One hundred calories of broccoli are completely different nutritionally to 100 calories of cake! Clean eating or preferably Paleo and Keto -HFLC – are optimal for health. Our ancestors avoided processed foods, grains, sugar, alcohol, vegetable oils…You need to focus on real foods and use clever carb swaps.

Can you share any evidence that high fat low carb is better than high carb low fat when protein and calories are equated?

Yes! It’s all to do with leptin, ghrelin, and insulin-the body’s hormone responsible for storing fat.

The timing of your meals has nothing to do with fat loss; You still need to create a calorie deficit. In a dream world, we could all eat endless pizza and cake in a 4-hour window every day and never gain weight.

And when you make better choices, you can eat more food.

Agree! I find I can eat more with healthier food, and I definitely feel better. Although I do like to have some form of bad food at some point as I don't wanna bore the life out of what I eat.

I eat the same basic menu I ate before I started my program. I only made a few tweaks like not adding sugar ( although I still enjoy sweet treats) and eating sensible portions.
I like plain and simple. I don't like complicated. I don't like restrictions put on what I can eat.

To lose weight, you must be eating in a calorie deficit regardless.
