Absolutely! Actually a sign that you have a gluten intolerance/addiction and will benefit from a gluten-free diet! A lot of times you will crave the things that are the worst for you.

      I don't crave anything; I just don't feel good!

It takes a few weeks for your body to adjust and your gut to start the healing process.

That explains why I am always craving baked goods.

Yep! Your body becomes addicted to gluten like a drug, so when coming off gluten, it's tough. My son threw a horrible fit and searched high and low for anything. He's been on a gluten-free diet for over seven years and can have it in moderation without the terrible reactions, but still some reactions. I've read stories about kids licking the floors after mopping and eating dog food because the cleaning solution and dog food had gluten in it.

For just over a week now, I've been gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, Seafood free, nightshade-free, and everything else I was tested for. I feel gross.
My tummy feels acidy. I feel weird in ways I can't put words, too, as I'm not sure what I'm feeling.
I'm trying to give it 6-8 weeks to see if there's any reduction in joint pain and fatigue, but if it doesn't improve, I may as well go back to eating what I was told not no.

I'm also taking probiotics, b12, and magnesium calm. The magnesium is making me feel sick to my stomach!

I started with one teaspoon (about half of the recommended dose) and haven't taken it for a couple of days.
Could the probiotic make me sick? It is way less than she wanted to prescribe, but I wanted powder instead of pills.

Take less magnesium or cut it out altogether. You’re probably getting too much magnesium.

I think probiotics can cause stomach upset. Maybe stop for a while and then try again with a really low dose and gradually increase.

Keep going. You, Will, feel so much better after you have completely decluttered yourself. Gluten stays inside your digestive system for a while, but after it is out of your system then you will feel so much better.

Maybe it will take more than a month to feel good.

When I get glutened, I'm sick for a month headaches terrible sinus pressure etc. not pretty. I've been gluten-free for four and a half years.

Your body needs to heal! Healing takes time. We are so used to taking the mess and not letting our bodies heal!
