    There are so many different ways to cook meat, eggs, and leaves- you have to get a little creative to keep from burning yourself out…I personally think that having a good spice collection helps immensely. Keep spices on hand for when Mexican food is being craved- some curry spices for something robust in flavor and a little spicey- Italian spices are a must for me too.

    It's really not hard to do keto for an "extended period of time," though I don't think three weeks really is an extended period of time. I'm nine weeks keto and 11 weeks prego. If I can stick with it, anyone can 😉 you don't have to do dairy at all while keto.

    It's easier than you think. There are so many non-dairy food options out there. You just need to fix things differently every day. I love Italian food, so I do eggplant Parmesan and Chicken parmesan but use almond flour to bread or do un breaded grilled versions. Chinese stir fry's with zucchini noodles (zoodles) mixed with whatever low carb veggies I have.
