    I haven't heard anything bad regarding keto and coffee. What I have heard/read, that seems to relate, is that keto can change our taste buds.

    Coffee is good for us, and a good way to get fats in as well. I actually drink a couple of cups with butter for breakfast every day. I also add some Collagen Hydrolysate as well for some added protein and other added benefits.
