I don't have a gallbladder, of course, I started ten days ago, but I've never felt better.

I had it out three years ago and up until now have still had stomach issues. It's not as bad as it used to be in the beginning, but it was still pretty bad. I've noticed it's lessened since starting Keto.

I haven't had my gallbladder in over a decade, and I'm down 133# AND have reversed numerous health conditions and no longer need a cane or walker. My dumping syndrome, GERD and IBS are gone too, to name a few.
Now, some can have some difficulty with the higher fats initially, but the body does beautiful things with adapting. And there is a supplement available to aide in fat digestion should there be a problem. Hope that helps!

It depends on what you eat and how your body handles it. I needed supplements. But a keto coach told me to try lowering my fat intake first. If that didn't work, then add ox bile and a digestive enzyme. So I did. Broke a 4-week stall today.

Had mine out four years ago been keto a year. I'm fine. Most people don't realize the gall bladder is just a storage pouch for bile. Your body still makes bile and pumps it into your intestines.

Lies all lies I don't have one I take beta plus for that because the fat gives me a little heartburn but I been keto for ten months no issues other than getting my health back and losing weight.

Yes, many people do keto without a gallbladder. You have to see how your body reacts to the fat. You may have to eat high fibrous veggies with your meals to help break down the fat.

I never had an issue doing keto without a gallbladder. My stomach is actually feeling better now than it ever did.

You can take vitamins and minerals that are recommended for everyone.
