I have been doing Intermittent Fasting 18/6 for almost two months now, but sadly, there has been no difference in terms of weight. I have not lost a single pound. I have been doing my regular one-hour workout and even fair with the calories part. I am only eating one cheat meal in a week. Fail to understand why this with me. Thinking if I start to fast from 2 pm – 10 am, then will that give more results? Pour some suggestions, please.
