    I have heard our bodies compared to furnaces, so perhaps while we're not burning up food that we're eating, it doesn't have the same Heating? I am not a scientific girl here, but I have noticed when I go without food, I am chilled and when I've eaten food, I feel warmer.

    I also wonder if that's why we put on extra weight in the wintertime because we're cold, and we are naturally drawn to eat more.


     I've only been doing this keto plan for seven to eight weeks. I've noticed when I go through extended cold bouts for a couple of days, and it usually means I'm about to drop some weight.

    Also, Low carb/keto diets/ lifestyle/Intermittent Fasting tends to produce these effects. Not sure why maybe with the thermogenesis/thermolysis.
