    Ok …to gain 7 lbs you have to be eating like 3000 cal over what you should be eating each day. There are keto calculators out there that can help you figure out how many grams of fat..carbs..and protein you should be eating each day. Some people miss understand at the beginning and think that if they keep the macro ratio in tack, then you can eat as much as you want. Not saying that is what you are doing though. You will figure it out and get on track, and then you will see results.

    Keep carbs below 20! Try to hit your protein macro, and fat intake should be 1:1 (equal to protein) and up to 1:2 (double protein). Remember no sugar in ingredients, no grain products.

    Are you tracking your macros based on that I would guess you are over on protein and way to low on fat.

    If you are consistently gaining, something is off somewhere..

    Without knowing what you are eating and how much each day of carbs, protein, and fat you are hitting, it isn't possible for us to help you finetune it. Once you have logs for a couple of days let us know how much of each you are getting.
