    Eat whatever, just careful to keep away from processed stuff (chips, packaged bakery, etc.), and watch portions. It’s still important to get your caloric intake during your eating window. I lost 5 lb in 1 week (that’s actually too much, but the point is, it can be done 😊).

    I eat everything I want. Just less of it 😉 But it tends to be very healthy and clean foods. Have chocolate every night, usually. Typically half of a small bar of The Fresh Market dark chocolate with sea salt.

    So like one small piece of 75 calories or I have a serving of Chocolate Gutter. Microwaved, it becomes like a brownie. A little whipped cream on top dusted with cocoa powder.

    I break my fast with a Quest protein bar, and a Bai flavored water thing. I purchase pre-made meals from a local place, so I eat Whole Foods and can control my portions by eating that. Today I had a taco bowl. Lean beef with seasoning, avocado, tomatoes, green onion, cheese, and Greek yogurt in place of sour cream. Yummy!
