Does Watcher Bread have High Carbs Count in Relation to Ketosis?

I have just started the keto diet or lifestyle change. I have been told it isn’t safe, and the main reason people do it is for fast weight loss. Ok then! I understand no carbs or low carbs. I am googling the weight watcher bread to see if the carbs in that are even too much to put your body in ketosis. And how long is healthy to keep your body in ketosis?

    DO NOT EAT ANY BREAD IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO MANY CARBS.

    They promote a low-fat diet, which is invariably high in carbs. It's just the opposite of this.

    This is just my personal opinion and understands that three years ago, I was at my best weight/look ever. I did low carb… I did NOT do high fat. I ate turkey bacon and some cheese, but not a lot I exercised like a lunatic and lost inches. I fit into a different size and felt amazing.

    I do not follow this Keto, where you can't have ANY carbs and high-fat content. I don't believe it is suitable for me and for my lifestyle. I cut out a lot of things like wine, etc.. but it was easier to stay focused on healthy foods. I'm trying it all again and this time looking for additional recipes
