No carbs but lots of chemicals. I occasionally drink one but not on a daily basis. For some people, it causes weight loss stalls. Most of people will say yes and most will say no because they believe it is poison. It is completely up to the way of eating that you are most comfortable living.

Everyone can make their own choice, of course, but I stay away from them for many reasons. I drink coffee, tea, and water.

But it’s okay, not more than two a day. Better than caving in and eating ice cream, cake, candy, etc..

I don't like them. But I think you should do what works for you. The rules are really guidelines that you have to test to see how they work with your particular metabolism. So, test them. And see how it goes.

If you have to have carbonated beverages try seltzer water with fresh lime or lemon and preferred sweetener; which will foam it up.
When I did this it helped me lose 45#

I drink one occasionally, but I am insulin resistant, and I know for a fact that it affects my blood sugar, so It will stall my weight loss. I drank Diet Pepsi, and I didn't believe the doctor when he told me, it was the reason I stopped loosing after 68 pounds. I cut back to 1 a day and lost 5 pounds in 4 days.

Diet sodas are worse than regular soda — all those hidden sugars and sugar substitutes that make it have more sugar than a regular one. If I’m going to drink a soda might as well be a real one.

If you are going to drink soda drink the real stuff, the diet has so many worse things than regular soda. Or quit it all together and drink tea.

I was told that soda is not good for you, diet soda has too many ingredients that I can't pronounce. Seltzer and lemon work for me.

I use our soda stream and make carbonated water, then add flavored liquid stevia drops to the water. Vanilla or root beer or lemon.

I use sweet leaf liquid stevia- I get it from amazon because it's cheaper there than in the store. I love the root beer flavor, and vanilla tastes like cream soda. My husband also likes orange. I've done lemon too for more of a sprite flavor. I also like just plain ole soda water. It gives me a little variety in my regular water intake.
