    I drink diet soda, crystal light, Mio drops, diet energy drinks occasionally, and one packet of Splenda in my morning coffee, and my weight loss is strong and steady. I have heard that sometimes sweeteners and chewing sugar-free gum can cause people to crave food but I don’t have any problems. 

    Also, one of my friends drink a gallon of water a day and use Mio as well. She drinks it like crazy during her fast.


    I’ve read a lot about how your body doesn’t know what to do with such an ingredient. I’ve used them forever and have stopped using them since starting Intermittent Fasting.

    It has artificial sweetener, so not a good idea.
