    I’ve been taking my thyroid medication (I removed my thyroid so taking hormones) each morning around 7-8 and usually break my fast at 11. I’m normally losing weight so I don’t think it has any effect.

    Intermittent Fasting is a tool to help me adhere to my diet. I'm not a stickler so yeah, take your medicines at the time you need to. Don't worry about the fast. I drink coffee with creamer every morning. I keep calories below 50 until my eating window and I count the coffee and the creamer.
