    Pork rinds satisfy the need for a snack that goes crunch. I like the hot ones.

    You can also, crush them, add garlic, onion powder, soak chicken, pork, etc. In egg n roll in pork rinds: Bake or fry.


    I get the ones from Mexican grocery stores. Try to get the plain kind without any other ingredients but salt. Oh, and if you smell them, you'll never want to eat them.
