    It should improve with this way of eating. The carbs she will get are complex carbs that will sustain energy and her levels for longer and she shouldn't have the crashes.

    She can still have snacks like almonds or cucumber slices or string cheese. I totally get being hypoglycemic. I have friends that are, and they are doing better with this WOE.

    I don't carry my glucose tabs anymore, but I do always keep nuts or cheese with me because I do still have random spells where I don't feel great but nothing like before. If I eat too many veggies in one sitting, I can even cause a drop, so I keep my eye on my portions.
