    I have had GERD for years, and it seems better now that I am doing Intermittent Fasting.

    Gerd attacks were lessened. If it attacked, I usually review my food prior, then try to remove it from my diet.

    Bread, pizza, cereals, pastry, etc. can give you severe heartburn. I used to be taking antacids almost daily. I only eat those foods very occasionally for the past few years, and now I am better.
