What’s the Best Time Frame for Intermittent Fasting if you are on Strenuous Workout?

What is the best time frame for intermittent fasting for you if you have a strenuous workout? I am in a TRX class 3x per week. The class starts at 6 am and ends at 6:45 am, Tues/Thurs/Sat. I am usually pretty hungry afterward but can get through it. I am just looking for personal opinions so I can see if maybe I should adjust something, like what time I start my fast and end it or what time I do my class. I prefer a 16/8 6:30p-10:30a, but I could adjust if it will make me feel better.

I eat only from 11.30 am to 7.30 pm. I understand being hungry, but if you push through hunger for a few weeks, you may see that you do not want food as much. I drink a ton of water before and after the workout, and that helps me a ton.

The longer you fast after your workout, the better results on the days. You do the workout, delay food till at least lunchtime – soon as you eat, you spike insulin, which is the fat-storing hormone – the longer you don’t eat, the more time your body burns your fat for fuel. I workout with max workouts on Mon, Wed, and Friday mornings and play squash at top-level Tues, Thurs, and Sat evenings all fully fasted & don’t eat till night sometimes 8 – 9 pm.
