What is the best time frame for intermittent fasting for you if you have a strenuous workout? I am in a TRX class 3x per week. The class starts at 6 am and ends at 6:45 am, Tues/Thurs/Sat. I am usually pretty hungry afterward but can get through it. I am just looking for personal opinions so I can see if maybe I should adjust something, like what time I start my fast and end it or what time I do my class. I prefer a 16/8 6:30p-10:30a, but I could adjust if it will make me feel better.
