    Start slowly and build up your fasting times. Start with 16/8 or 18/6, basically skipping breakfast and see how you do.

    There are no secrets… Caloric deficit… I use Intermittent Fasting for two reasons…

    1) I feel it keeps my eating disorder at bay.. once I start, hard to stop….

    2) I get to eat beautiful big tasty meals I couldn't really manage before.

    Remember it’s not a diet, so eat whatever you were eating yesterday! Just eat it in your new 8-hour window.

    Weight loss is simply a matter of calories in vs. calories out. If you want to lose 100 lbs, it is the same formula as if you want to lose 5 lbs. Intermittent Fasting is a structure to help support a calorie deficit.

    I recommend skipping breakfast. When your fasting drink as much water and coffee as you like, but drink coffee with no-calorie sweetener and no cream. Don’t eat too much salt.
