Chex (with the apparent exception of wheat) or Cheerios (most varieties) are useful if you are looking for something to eat daily. If you don't mind spending a bit more or, like me, don't eat cereal every day, Van's makes good cereals that are gluten-free.

We love rice Chex to chocolate one is amazing my family loves chocolate one.

You can also try these options:

    • Rice Krispies
    • Van's Cocoa Sensation
    • Honey Nut Cheerios
    • Blueberry Chex

I enjoy cereal in the summer- I add fresh fruit – and btw, carbs are essential for anyone with Hashimoto's. You NEED them, and salt as well.

Also, you can add some flax or chia seeds to your cereal for more fiber, but let the chia seeds soak up the liquid for a while before eating. I use ground golden flaxseed meal.
